This web store at https://bsmagic.app/order (the "Store") is operated by Bence János Kovács EV, sole proprietor (egyéni vállalkozó) registered in Hungary (the "Seller", "I", "we"). Full company details are provided in the Imprint section below.
The Store offers digital products only: licenses for mobile applications and in-app add-ons developed by the Seller ("Products"). No physical goods are sold and nothing is shipped. Fulfilment is immediate and electronic: after successful payment, a license key is generated and sent automatically to the e-mail address provided at checkout.
Orders are currently accepted from customers residing outside the European Union only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not a resident of an EU member state. Orders identified as originating from EU residents may be cancelled and refunded. EU customers: please contact us at [email protected] for information about future availability.
The Store sells to private individuals (natural persons) acting as consumers only. Purchases by or on behalf of companies, organizations or other legal entities are not accepted, and invoices cannot be issued in the name of a business. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing as a private individual for your own personal use. Orders identified as business purchases may be cancelled and refunded.
All prices are stated in EUR (euro) and are final. The Seller is a VAT-exempt small business under Hungarian law (alanyi adómentesség); invoices are issued without Hungarian VAT. Any local taxes, duties or bank/currency-conversion charges that may apply in your country are your responsibility.
Payment is processed by Stripe via secure online payment. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. The Seller does not receive or store your card details; these are handled exclusively by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
License keys are delivered by e-mail immediately after successful payment. The key is activated inside the relevant application, following the instructions provided in the confirmation e-mail. One license entitles one person to use the Product on their own device(s), unless the Product description states otherwise.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy below. In short: unactivated license keys are refundable until the end of the calendar year of purchase; activated licenses are refundable within 14 days of purchase, in which case the license is revoked.
The Seller warrants that the Products materially conform to their published descriptions. Minimum device and operating-system requirements are stated on the Product pages; please verify compatibility before purchase - the support team is happy to help with pre-sales questions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's aggregate liability arising from or related to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Support and complaints: [email protected]. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Complaints are handled in writing; you will receive a substantive reply within 30 days at the latest.
These terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of your habitual residence. Disputes shall be resolved primarily by negotiation; failing that, before the competent Hungarian courts.
The Seller may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date above indicates the latest revision.

This notice covers personal data processed in connection with purchases made through the BS Magic web store. Data processing inside the individual mobile applications is described in each application's own privacy policy (e.g. the CubeSmith Privacy Policy).

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our customers are located worldwide; e-mail delivery of order confirmations necessarily involves transferring your e-mail address to your own e-mail provider. Our processors listed above are located in the European Economic Area.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Note that invoicing data must be retained for 8 years by law and cannot be deleted earlier. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu) or your local supervisory authority.

We want you to buy with confidence. Our Products are digital license keys delivered instantly by e-mail, and our refund rules are intentionally more generous than the industry standard for digital goods:
If you have not activated your license key, you may request a full refund at any time until the end of the calendar (tax) year in which the purchase was made. Purchases made in previous tax years cannot be refunded, as the corresponding invoices belong to closed accounting periods.
If you have activated your license key, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Upon refund, the license is revoked and the Product will stop functioning. Requests received more than 14 days after purchase for activated licenses are handled case by case (e.g. verified technical incompatibility we cannot resolve) - please contact support, we are reasonable people.
E-mail [email protected] from the address used at purchase, including your order number (or the license key). Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, the amount typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
For digital content delivered immediately, statutory withdrawal rights (where applicable in your jurisdiction) lapse once performance has begun with your express consent. By activating your license key you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge this. Our voluntary refund rules above apply in addition to, and are in most cases more generous than, such statutory rights.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank - refund requests submitted to us directly are resolved much faster. Licenses associated with unjustified chargebacks are revoked.
